2019, December, Dr. Hu has been recognized by Dentistry Today's CE Leaders as a Leader in CE. Dr. Hu will be featured on Dentistry Today's website. Dentistry Today's deadline for the print version was too late for Dr Hu's photo to appear on the 2019 print version, but Dr. Hu was accepted in 2019 and will be listed on the online/Website for Dentistry Today.

2019, February, Dr. Hu has been certified to offer Osseo-Anterior Growth Guidance Appliance System with Controlled Arch Ortho developed by Dr. Steve Gallela. Dr Hu also can work with the Facial Beauty Institute to provide more airway treatment options to his patients.
2018, May, Dr. Hu has received his 3rd Board Certification in Dental Sleep Medicine as a Diplomate, Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines (D-ACSDD)
2017, May, Dr. Hu has been notified by the Board of American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA) that he has fulfilled and passed all credentialing requirements for Board Certification to receive Diplomate status with ASBA. This is his second Board Certification and currently, he is the only Board Certified dentist in Alaska in Dental Sleep Medicine.
2017, February 10: Dr. Hu has earned his Board Certification in dental Sleep Medicine as the first Alaskan Full time dentist to achieve Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.
